Be it a holiday with family or friends, the holiday home Mountain View, with its more than 140m² living space and 1000m² garden area, offers ample space for everyone. Spread over two floors you will find three comfortable bedrooms, two living rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens with dining area, two bathrooms, two separate toilets and two balconies. The newly-renovated holiday home in Oberweng– Gemeinde Spital am Pyhrn – is suitable for 4 to 8 people, the maximum occupancy being 10 guests.
Enjoy your cup of coffee or tea in a garden with 360° panoramic view of the mountains and forests of the region Spital am Pyhrn. You are welcome to use our garden furniture and relax with a sundowner while watching the sunset on one of the balconies.
For each holiday apartment in in Spital am Pyhrn we provide: Filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Our kitchens are well-equipped with a Ceran-hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and dish washer. For your well-being we also offer a microwave, tea towels, tableware, cutlery, dish washer detergent and dish washer tablets. In the bathrooms you will find a washing machine with laundry detergents and a hair dryer. Moreover, for your personal comfort we provide towels, bath towels and bed linen free of charge.
In the house there are two master bedrooms, as well as a single bedroom. The master bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) with a comfortable mattress, a spacious wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with a lamp, shelves and a large mirror. One of the master bedrooms is on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor. The single bedroom found on the ground floor is well-suited as a children’s bedroom. It boasts a single bed (90x200), a small wardrobe, a bedside table, as well as shelves with children’s books and toys.
One of the living rooms can be found on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor. They both come with a flat screen TV, a DVD player (on the ground floor), a glass cabinet, a play corner for children and a pull-out sofa bed (160x200), where two people can sleep comfortably. For the maximum occupancy of 10 guests there are two more sofa beds (80x200) available which can be accommodated in the bedroom and living room on the ground floor.
The bathrooms on both floors are equipped in a modern style. Both have a bath tub, the one on the upper floor has a shower cubicle, toilets, sinks and mirrors. The heating is provided by an environmentally-friendly air-heating pump, which does not require the use of any natural resources.

Up to 5 people the price is 160€ - 190€/night (depends on the season), from the 6th person there is a 10€ surcharge per person and night.
After booking you will receive from us the booking confirmation and the invoice with our bank details. A deposit of 20% is already payable in the next few days. The remaining amount must be paid in full 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation 14 days before arrival – a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 14 days of arrival the total amount will be payable.
Check In is possible at 03.00 pm, Check Out must be done at the latest at 10.30 am.
Towels and bed linen are provided free of Charge!
The holiday home offers a modern grill for up to 10 People as well as a new ski boot dryer for 15 pairs of shoes.
A large playground with slide and swing is available. The garden is the common area for the holiday home Mountain View and the deluxe bungalow Mountain View Wood.
The holiday home in Oberweng – Gemeinde Spital am Pyhrn – is situated in a secluded position on a small hill. The driveway to the accommodation is a tarmac road and accessible all year round. In winter the snow is cleared regularly right up to the holiday home.
The village Spital am Pyhrn, on the foothills of the Pyhrnpass, is situated 4km south of our holiday apartments Mountain View. There you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Pyhrn-Priel region: ADEG supermarket, GP, pharmacy, a few restaurants, banks, sports shops, ski rentals, various services such as a hair dressers and a newsagents. In the traditional bakery/confectionary Kemetmüller or in the new ArtCafe you can treat yourself to a piece of cake or an ice-cream sundae, before heading towards the sights. The collegiate church „Dom am Pyhrn“, the coffee pot museum and the blacksmith workshop Lindermayr are all worth a visit. Furthermore, the Dr. Vogelsang Klamm is an excursion not to be missed under any circumstances!
In the town of Windischgarsten, 4km north of us, you will find historic stately homes, many leisure opportunities, and bars for an active night life, like Almrausch, Pepito and Monte. There is a bakery and a confectionary, a DIY store, a florist, an optician and various supermarkets (Billa, Penny, Spar, Unimarkt), a schnapps distillery, banks and various services such as a nail studio, post office and emergency services such as police, fire brigade, paramedics, doctors. Well worth visiting is the town centre of Windischgarsten, the parish church St. Jakob as well as the surrounding national park Kalkalpen.
Public transport: The train station Spital am Pyhrn is situated 4km from the accommodation. There is the bus service No 911 from Edlbach at Pyhrn Grundner to the train station Spital am Pyhrn. The bus 911 leaves Liezen train station heading to Windischgarsten via Spital am Pyhrn.
Arrival by car from Linz: take the motorway A1 direction Salzburg, change at junction Voralpenkreuz onto motorway A9 Pyhrn motorway. Leave the motorway at junction 48 - Roßleithen and follow the Bundesstraße 138 direction Spital am Pyhrn. Turn left at Gasthof Grundner and follow the road, until you see the house number Oberweng 163, turn right and drive till the end of the road. There are four private parking spaces.
